Marine Terrace

The gap between Marine Crescent and Marine Terrace has been many things: gasworks, timber mill, and lifeguard cottages. At the moment it’s an overflow car park for when the Folkestone Harbour gets busy. We have been commissioned to prepare a planning application that enhances the visitor parking capacity in a futureproof way and delivers residential units to complete the frontage on Marine Parade. It’s great to continue our work on the Folkestone Seafront and hopefully contribute to repairing its relation with the rest of the town.
